The WestieNotes app (the "App") is provided for personal use. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App. You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to disrupt its functionality, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App may offer premium features through a paid subscription. Subscription management and billing depend on your platform:

iOS users: Subscriptions and payments are handled via Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple Media Services Terms of Service.
Android users: Subscriptions and payments are processed through Google Play and are governed by Google Play Terms of Service.

You can cancel or manage your subscription in your respective app store account settings at any time.

3. Data and Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within the App are owned or licensed by Daniel Lupascu. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without permission.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a harmful way. You may stop using the App at any time.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the App.
